Why hire The Hayes Law Firm?
An attorney will meet with you FOR A CONFIDENTIAL AND FREE consultation to discuss the specifics of your case. We understand that not every domestic violence arrest or domestic violence charge is the same. Thus, not every domestic violence defense will be the same. At The Hayes Law Firm, an experienced domestic violence attorney will discuss your case with you and strategize not only a defense that is tailored to your facts, but a defense that meets your goals and budget as well. Our attorneys have extensive experience in attacking confessions, dissecting domestic violence evidence and even hiring forensic pathologists to provide expert testimony to assist with your defense. In some cases, all that is needed to secure you a reduction or acquittal is a thorough and knowledgeable attorney to flush out inconsistencies with 911 recordings and written statements, determine whether a forensic expert can assist with your defense or have a confession excluded because no other evidence exists to support the alleged crime.
We promise to maintain open lines of communications with you. Our doors are open for you to schedule a meeting to discuss the status of your case whenever you have concerns – not simply during your initial consultation. We can also assist you with collateral issues, such as recovering bail money or recovering seized weapons.
